How fast is document rebranding with BrandSwitch?
BrandSwitch rebranded 550 templates in 11 minutes - work that typically takes a team three to four weeks of manual reformatting.
What was in the batch?
The test used a real, mixed batch of 550 templates - both PDF and Word documents, the kind of pile someone actually inherits after a rebrand. Nothing was hand-picked to be easy: the batch mixed formats, page counts, headers, footers and tables, exactly as a working document set does.
The brand was set once - new heading color, body color, font and logo - and applied to every file in the run. No file was opened, adjusted or reformatted by hand.
What was measured?
The measure was wall-clock time from starting the batch to holding 550 finished, correctly-branded documents - not a single-file demo extrapolated out. Every document had its heading color, body color, font and logo switched across every page, including headers, footers and tables.
The output was editable Word, not flattened PDF, so the finished files could keep being worked on. In a separate run, BrandSwitch processed 1,000 pages in under five minutes on the same deterministic engine.
What was the result?
550 documents came out rebranded in 11 minutes. The same job by hand - opening each file, find-and-replacing colors, swapping logos on every header and footer, fixing fonts and chasing missed pages - is the three-to-four-week task BrandSwitch was built to delete. Uploaded documents are automatically deleted within an hour of processing.
Is BrandSwitch AI?
No. AI was used to build BrandSwitch, but the tool itself is deterministic, hard-coded software. It produces the same output for the same input every time, with no hallucinations and nothing invented or rewritten.
What does deterministic mean for repeatability?
Deterministic means the same input always produces the same output. BrandSwitch does not interpret, rewrite or guess - it applies the brand rules you set, the same way, every time. That is what makes a 550-document batch trustworthy: you can run it, check one file, and rely on every other file having behaved identically.
For brand and compliance work, deterministic software is safer than generative AI: it swaps brand elements exactly as instructed and never rewrites, invents, or misplaces your content.
What do you get back?
An editable Word document - not a locked PDF - with your heading color, body color, font, and logo applied across every file.
Can I watch it happen?
Yes. This is a real batch of documents being rebranded - new colors, new font, new logo, every page.
